My name is Valerie, I am the owner here at Renew. I was a P.E. teacher for 15 years while we raised our two amazing sons. I then became a 200 hour registered yoga teacher. During that time I found FST and immediately knew that I wanted to be a part of that. I went to Arizona for level 1 and fell in love. Over 3 years I kept learning and fine tuning and completed my level 3 in 2020. I’ve now been using FST for 6 years and feel like I’ve just begun! I’m continually learning and seeking new information so that I can serve you the best way possible.

We are so excited to serve the Coachella Valley with a brand new, locally owned business offering help with pain management, post surgery recovery, scar tissue, inflammation, anti-aging, sleep disorders and more with top of the line equipment.
